How this site works:
This page is used to request NEW access to RDS/AS400 for WWOF users. Each request
provides access to one server/location at a time. If a user requires access to multiple servers (Henning and the Rock, for examples),
please submit a separate request for each location.

The user making the request
Select the user who needs access. You can search by first or last name.
Select the model ID for RDS/AS400 access. You can search by network ID or name.
Select the user's location
Provide any additional comments or information for the access request
